EMail Settings and Help
Visit 
mail.iatse8.com to check your Email

Your email address can be forwarded to your Email of record (The address you used to register for the site) to set it up:

  • Login to the site
  • Click the Email Login button (you may need to be on the Home page to see the email login button)
  • Type your Email address and Password then select Log in.

Forward your Email:

  • Login to your Email account.
  • Select Forwarding under the Account Options menu.
  • Type the addresswhere you want your Email sent.
  • Don’t forget to press save

This will prevent you from having to check several Email accounts. If you change your email address of record you will need to change you forwarding address on the site.

 Change your Email password: 

  • Login to your Email account.
  • Select password under the Account Options menu
  • Type your old password then select a new password.
         Don’t forget to press save.

EMail client application information:

POP3 Incoming mail Connection Type
(Use this connection type for desktop programs like Outlook or Thunderbird.)


Username: Your full email address
Server: mail.unions-america.com
Encryption Type: TLS (SSL)
Port: 995
 
IMAP Incoming mail Connection Type
(Use this connection type for mobile devices like iPhones or Android based phones)

Username: Your full email address
Server: mail.unions-america.com
Encryption Type: TLS (SSL)
Port: 993
 
Outgoing mail server
(You must login to send email through our system.)

Username: Your full email address
Server: mail.unions-america.com
Encryption Type: TLS (SSL)
Authentication Type: Password
Port: 587
 

Call Steward

Lost password:

·         http://iatse8.callsteward.com/ select forgot password then enters your email in the space provided

·         A confirmation message will be sent to your email

·         Confirm that you would like to change your password

·         Another email will be sent with your new password

·         Login and change your password to something you can remember.

Keep your information Updates:

Login to http://iatse8.callsteward.com/ and select My Profile

Under My Profile you can update your:

·         Personal Information

·         Skills

·         Availability

Add SMS and Text Messages from Call Steward:

·         Select preferences

·         Under Mobile/SMS options select enable

·         A box with your phone number will pop up

·         Select your carrier and select generate code

·         A code will be sent to your mobile device

·         Put this code into the call Steward Box and you will be enabled.


Google Calendar Syncing Instrutions:

Subscribe to public calendars using the calendar address

To add a calendar using its address, follow these steps:

  1. Click the down-arrow next to Other calendars
  2. Select Add by URL from the menu
  3. Find the address of the Google Calendar in iCalendar format, or if you have the iCalendar address of a calendar from a different application (for example, Apple's iCal), you can use this as well.
  4. Enter the address in the field provided
  5. Click the Add Calendar button. The calendar will appear in the Other Calendars section of the calendar list to the left.
  6. https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/iatselocal8%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics

PLEASE NOTE: This calendar is seperate from call steward. To sync your call steward calendar to your mobile device, please follow the instructions on the Iatse8.callsteward.com web page.
