Contributions to your Pension are made directly from the employer to the IATSE National Pension Fund in New York.  In addition, the employer reports the number of days you worked for them.  The accuracy of the number of days worked is important.  Working 75+ days per calender year credits you with a Pension year.  It is your responsibility to keep track of your contributions and days worked.

You can download the "Request for Work Record" form below and mail it in, or go to www.iatsenbf.org

Review your work record and report errors to be corrected.  (This is why you need to keep every paystub and calendar record of the dates you worked.)  Missing contributions and under reporting of days worked will negatively effect the amount of money you receive from your Pension when you retire.
